Kamen Rider VS Super Sentai: Super Hero Taisen

YES! Kamen Rider and Super Sentai series are often known for airing alongside each other, as well as created by Shotaro Ishinomori and produced by TOEI Company. Now, due to fan demands and TOEI’s desire to rape our wallet, Kamen Rider and Super Sentai are having a CROSSOVER MOVIE!!!!!

The movie will feature 40 Riders and 200 Rangers, bringing a total of 240 suit actors needed for this movie, excluding suit actors for villains (which I assume the total is 300+). The protagonist of this movie is Kaizoku Sentai Gokaiger and…….. Kamen Rider Decade!!!! This brings together two heroes that has the ability to change into their past heroes.

Other than Decade and Gokaigers, the confirmed heroes are Den-O (this could be considered as Den-O’s 9th movie), and Fourze with Gobusters, as the two of them are current superheroes, will have some sort of subplot, separating them from others but meet up before the climax of the movie.

Confirmed cast for “Superhero Taisen” includes Masahiro Inoue (Decade), Ryota Ozawa (Gokaired), Rina Akiyama (Naomi from Den-O), Kenjiro Ishimaru (Owner/Stationmaster from Den-O), and Momotaros. The director is confirmed to be Osamu Kaneda.  Right now the producers are trying to find more crews to make this film a reality, especially suit actors. Filming is scheduled to be at the end of December 2011, while the movie will be released in May 2012.

Producer Shirakura says, “In the year after the anniversary we’re not going to power down but cross it…. We want to show things you can’t see in the regular shows. This was pretty close to impossible but I’d like to make it the norm for our spring films. Rider is science, sentai is magic.”

PERSONAL THOUGHTS: Oh yeah, Decade is back vitches!!!! Many people apparently hate Decade, while a few loves him (myself included), and now he is given one more chance to set things right! Not only that, he will be aided by Gokaigers too! This could also give a reason why Decade didn’t have a starring role in Let’s Go Kamen Riders and appears in Movie War MegaMax, as well as why the anniversary theme for Fourze was scrapped. Now, I got a feeling other than Decade and Fourze, other Riders which is Den-O, NEW Den-O, Double, Meteor (Fourze 2nd Rider), OOO and Aqua (MegaMax’s Rider) will appear, especially the first three since it’s easy to get them. And now I wonder how many Sentai alumni they are going to hire, I hope there’s many of them returning. Also, I would like to see Narutaki (villain from Decade) and Waruzu Giru (villain from Gokaiger) shouts “ONORE!!!!!” at Decade and Gokaigers. One more thing, no more “ONORE DIKEIDOO!!!” and now it’s “BLESS YOU DIKEIDOO!!!!!”
